I just had to make a new Tele for me.
Mahogany body and the poplar drop top.
Started to cut the fret slots and made the headstock.
This kind of truss rod this time, no need to detach the neck when adjusting the relief.
Fitting the tuners.
Tuners from back.
Fretboard glued and frets on. Abalone dots on top and side.
The plan.
Gluing the top.
Drop top starts to look like Tele.
Next I should strat to make the body. Pickguard is made out of the same apple tree as to the earlier Tele.
The body has got its shape and some of the weight has been taken off.
The top has been glued on the body. Cavities for pickups and controls are ready.
Headstock is going to have a black-white-black binding.
Binding has found ts place.
Bending the rosewood bindings.
Checking the neck position.
Copper foil in all cavities, ground wire also under bridge plate, everything grounded to one pot back cover.
